The company is inscribed in the Register of Madrid (2010-19-02) in Book Section 25180 of Companies, folio 132, Sheet No M-453476.

Intellectual property

All the contents of the WEB, photographies, images, drawings, texts, video, logos, design…, are protected by the regulation of Intellectual and Industrial Property, especially by the RDL 1/96 that approves the Remodel text of the Law of Intellectual Property. This way, all exposed in the WEB belongs to the Company or, in the proper case, to third parties.

In no case the access to the WEB involves to grant, neither transmission nor any other type of resignation, nor total, neither partially, of the rights of Intellectual or Industrial Property.

In any case, the user promises to use the portal and the services of conformity with the law, as well as with the morality, and the public order. The fact that the user is in the WEB, it implies his acceptance of the same thing.

Protection of Personal Data

All the information of personal character facilitated by the user will be treated according to the agreement to the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 of Protection of Information of Personal Character and the RD 1720/2007.

The user certifies that it is major of 14 years, this way it possesses the necessary legal capacity for the presentation of the assent according to the treatment of his information of personal character and all this in conformity with the established in the actual Politics of Privacy.

The user can exercise, at any moment, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition on his personal information, sending a letter signed to our postal direction, above indicated, the information in the letter has to be credible, so it will have to be accompanied with an photocopy of the DNI/NIF or document that accredits the identity.

On the other hand, the user guarantees that the personal information facilitated to the WEB is veracious and, if there are any changes, it should be communicated.

Limitation or exclusivity of the Company's responsibility

The Company does not guarantee the continued access, neither the correct visualization, unload or usefulness of the elements and information contained in the pages of the WEB

Likewise the Company wouldn't take any responsibility for the hurts nor direct prejudices neither indirect derivatives of the use of the WEB, included the hurts to IT systems that could be caused to the user or to third parties, also the Company don't guarantees the absence of virus or other harmful elements. The Company only will be in charge of eliminating, as soon as possible, the contents that could generate such prejudices, always that it is notified. Especially, the Company will not be responsible for the prejudices that could derive, between others, of:

• Interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephonic breakdowns, delays, blockades or to be turn off in the functioning of the electronic system, motivated by deficiencies, overloads and mistakes in the lines and networks of telecommunications, or for any other reason foreign to the control of the Company.
• Illegitimate Interferences by means of the use of malignant programs of any type and across any way of communication, such as virus IT or any others
• Undue or inadequate Abuse of the WEB
• Safety mistakes or navigation produced by an evil functioning about the explorer or for the use of versions not updated of the same one.

The Company saves itself the right to modify the content of the WEB without previous notice neither any type of limitation.

The WEB can have links to accede to web sites belonging and/or managed by third parties. Hereby, the Company does not assume any responsibility for the information contained in these web pages.

Obligations and Responsibilities of the User of the WEB

The user agree not to reproduce, to copy, to distribute, to put to disposition or, any other form to report publicly, to transform or to modify no content, supporting unharmed to the Company of any claim that stems from the breach of such obligations.

Likewise, it is absolutely prohibited to suppress, to elude and/or to manipulate the "copyright", as well as the technical devices of protection, or any mechanisms of information that could contain the contents. The user of the WEB agree to respect the enunciated rights and to avoid any action that could harm them, having the Company reserved the exercise of all the means or legal actions concerned in the defense of his legitimate rights of intellectual and industrial property.

In any case, the User compromises himself to:

- To do a suitable and lawful use of the WEB, as well as of the contents and services in conformity with:

• The pertinent legislation in each moment
• The General Conditions of Use of the WEB
• The morality and The Good Customs
• The Public order

- To be provided with all the means and technical requirements that are needed to accede to the WEB.

- To facilitate veracious information on having completed the information of personal character.

On the other hand, according to the above mentioned thing previously, the User will have to abstain of:

• To do a not authorized or fraudulent use of the WEB and his contents.
• To accede or to try to accede to resources or areas restricted of the WEB.
• To provoke damages in the physical or logical systems of the WEB, of his suppliers or third parties.
• To try to accede, to use or to manipulate the information about the Company, third suppliers and/or other users
• To reproduce or to copy, to distribute, to allow the access of the public across any modality of public communication, to transform or to modify contents, unless you get the authorization or it turns out to be legally allowed.
• To suppress, to conceal or to manipulate the notes about the rights concerning to the intellectual or industrial privacy and other pertinent information about the rights of the Company or of third parties incorporated into the contents, as well as the technical devices of protection or any mechanisms of information that could be inserted in the contents.
• To obtain and to try to obtain the contents using for it means or procedures different from those that, according to the cases, have been placing to the user disposition to this effect or have been indicated expressly in the web pages where they find the contents or, in general, of those who are used habitually in Internet for not containing a risk of damage or unusable the WEB and/or the contents.

You will defend, and indemnify the Company relative to any hurts and prejudices that come from claims, actions or demands of third parties as consequence of the User's access or use of the WEB. Likewise, you will be bind to indemnify to the Company in relation to any hurts and prejudices, which stem from the use for your part from "robots", "spiders", "crawlers" or similar tools used in order to obtain information or of any other action for your part that imposes an unreasonable overload on the functioning of the Web site.
